I still don't see any difference between magic Wok and nori Japan.

Rude service! Found hair in food ended up getting it in my teeth. I Spit it out, they wouldn't help me. It was a long black hair. I have a very short cut

Used to be my go to place to eat but ever since the remodel, they skimp on serving sizes, the rice is always burnt and the noodles taste more like old water. The wife and I got charged almost $17 for crappy food when we could have went to Magic Wok 20 steps away. Skip this place.

My first time was yesterday and customer service was great

My daughters like the food at times it can be a bit dry. Your the fast is quiet and fast. The food is hot and ready to go.

Will NEVER go back! Ordered chicken and broccoli. She filled 3/4 of the plate with rice, just 3 pieces of broccoli and 3 small pieces of fatty chicken. This happened once before but I thought I’d give them another try. Absolute ripoff!! Save your money.

Nice clean place with solid service. I had the General Tso Chicken and it was great.

I would honestly give them no stars but not an option.. The employees are never friendly.. They are very skimpy on portions.. I feel if im paying for it i should get what i want without being chastised or reminded "cost more money".. Thats pretty evident already. They need to work on better customer service and if the client wants more of something and is willing to pay. Then they should glady supply.. Thats more money for the company..smh

I love their steamed vegetables because they don't cook them into submission. Hot and crisp and I don't taste preservatives. I don't know what they do differently, but it's SO good - a healthier version of fast food. Next time you're in the food court at the mall, give it a try. I strongly recommend this place. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

The staff was slow and unfriendly. Never smiled or said anything throughout my order. Never said "thank you. " No customer service. The food was HORRIBLE. Rice was cold, veg tasted like is was soaking in dirty water all day, beef was on the grill with raw chicken. The taste was like eating right out of a dumpster! I actually thought I was going to get sick afterwards. Had to give 1 star but it doesn't even deserve that! Stay away!

Such a great meal! Really satisfied my hunger. Food has excellent flavor and cooked to perfection. But...I think I may have been over charged. Make sure they charge you the correct price for the meal you asked for.

You get what you pay for here. I just wish that there was a stand alone restaurant.

Sorry to say I am giving Nori Japan 1 star. We had dinner around 5:30. Rice was hard and dry, sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken were hard and dryed out. I don't usually complain, so I just threw it away. My husband said his steak and shrimp was a swing and a miss for him, but he ate about half of it. Just disappointing because we were really looking forward to it.

Remember when the prices were lower and they gave you more food? I do. Remember when the woman who prepares the food didn't have a bad attitude? I don't. She is the most rude woman that I know. And I asked for a mushroom sample and she says we don't do samples. But they are always giving samples of the teriyaki chicken, which is horrible might I add. I will not be going back!

I love the sesame chicken but the fried rice is usually over cooked/dry

Went to Flanklin park mall, on a weekday around new year holidays, the girl with the glass there is not very patient. She is too rush and expect me order very fast I can tell by her altitude. Not very friendly or helpful at all. They need to understand that we are buying their food not for free it had to be worth our money.. People there are not very smiley. I feel uncomfortablo go buy their food. The noodle is not very good, I think they use fettuccine spaghetti noodle.. Instead Japanese. Noodle. Some stuff ok. Tell the server there to be more friendly please.

So good I guess you just have to be there but it's awesome.

Good food at reasonable prices

So lately the quality and quantity of food given to us the costumers has been of a lower quality and the workers have been rude. I dont understand why and majorly... majorly skimping out on the vegetables I asked for an extra serving and they gave me less than a regular serving and i asked like hey that's not a lot and she said it was extra

Was great food but was on low carb and would be even better if they had rice cauliflower for the low carb keto eaters

Lousy customer service, arrived with reservations for my daughter's birthday,to find out 2 of our seats were given away to strangers, we were offered another place with a 45 minute wait. Won't be back!

will never go here again the lady that was working there was rude to me and my wife saying we couldn't sample a peice of already cooked meat to see what choices we wanted I mean I'm not trying to be that guy but come on I cant get a sample out the product that I was already planning to buy just haven't been to this one yet and wanted to see what i was buying long story short I'm writing corporate as we speak cause something needs to be done about this cause you guys have lost my business forever 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had chicken, rice and vegetables and it was delicious for a great price!

Always my go-to choice at Franklin Park Mall when it comes to food court dining. Their crab rangoon is always fresh and they are very generous with entree portions. I have tried the spicy tuna salad sushi roll too. It's a good, solid choice for a filling sushi roll.

Best Asian experience, hands down.

YUM YUM YUM HANDSOME. Enjoy everything but the meat, it's a bit dry. The Asian tall handsome guy gets a five star for looks. Very unfriendly people zero sophistication. Demeanor very melancholy. I believe it's a culture thing, but they are in America now.

Adore their Teriyaki chicken. Staff could be friendlier but that may just be a language barrier issue sense most of the employees don’t seem to have English as a first language.

Definitely had some spoiled chicken at this location. They would not honor a refund. Be cautious about the chicken. Smell it before you taste!
